This product is made of my favourite material, the Japanese bourette silk. This irregular, organic yarn is made of silk waste fiber created during silk processing. It is special because colorful fibers are blended together when it is spun. This method gives the yarn a very special melange effect. Although, this material seems rough for the first look and touch, after necessary treatment it turns into an unbelievably soft and gentle piece of textile. Bourette silk is my favourite as it gives a real natural, rustic effect and at the same time it is truly stylish and elegant. Weaving this product I added some thin tulle silk which results in a light and gentle stole.
